A 12-screen cinema, offices, restaurants and housing have been proposed on 42 acres off Windigrove Drive and Interstate 64 near Home Depot in Waynesboro, city officials said Tuesday.

(a) Work exclusively with Broker during the term of this Agreement. (b)Comply with the reasonable requests of Broker to supply any pertinent information or personal data needed to fulfill the terms of this Agreement. (c) Pay Broker the compensation set forth below. (d) Be available during Broker’s regular working hours to view properties. (e)Consult with Broker before visiting any resale or new homes or contacting any other licensees or property owners to avoid the possibility of confusion over the brokerage relationships and misunderstandings about liability for compensation. (f) Inform all sellers and licensees whom Buyer contacts of Buyer’s brokerage relationship with Broker.
…Because of the Broker’s dual representation in such a transaction, Buyer understands that Buyer and the seller have the responsibility of making their own decisions as to what terms are to be included in any purchase agreement.

The building blocks already are in place: two major interstates pass through the Valley, recreational amenities abound, the quality of living is extraordinarily high and the region offers a friendly tax environment that officials should preserve by lowering rates to offset increased property values under recent reassessments. … My hope is that our elected leaders soon will demonstrate they comprehend it, too, and then show as much by waging the good fight to secure a future prosperity that otherwise will remain the subject of soft talk rather than hard reality.

As the good folks at CAAR realize, the valley has become an integral part of their business and that business should continue to increase as Augusta and Rockingham County continue their growth. … That being said, So, you’ll see some changes here over the next few days and weeks – a new Author page, a slightly different Contact page, a changed sidebar and most importantly, more content about the Waynesboro and Augusta real estate market.
